From our heritage to who we are now

We have been a foremost provider of onshore constructions services for the oil and gas industry since 1999. We have been involved with most of the large EPC projects awarded in the country since then.

The company has worked directly with the International Oil companies as a main contractor and also with the large construction companies operating in Nigeria as a sub-contractor.

The company currently has the capacity to fabricate up to 10,000 tons of structure per annum. Our workers force companies of highly skilled and dedicated Nigerians and Expartriates. We have recently commenced the provision of offshore construction and support services.

Our History

Aveon Offshore stems from Grinaker LTA, pioneering leaders in infrastructural development seeking to capitalize on the opportunity identified within Nigerian.

It provides extensive fabrication, construction and process automation services that encompass various industrial and commercial landscapes and has its specialist divisions within the Mechanical and Electrical areas.

Our Yard

Aveon offshore’s main works are performed out of the yard located at Rumuolumeni in Obio apo Local Government Area, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The yard size is approximately 22 hectares / over 250,000 meters square with a water front and key of 200m long.

The water depth at low tide is 5.5m and at high tide is about 8.5m. This enables us to load out large structures for installation offshore. All fabrication, sandblasting, painting, welding, procurement and quality control are performed out of this yard. Our other assests on this yard are various cranes of different tonnage capacity (275, 250, 150, 45, 30), covered shops of over 8000m2 total area, 6000m2 in size accommodation and 2200m2 total floor area offices.
